I saw this today on The Frock.Com. For starters, I drool over most of the frocks on this site. Then I curse myself for looking because my mind starts churning again. It's not the red or the flowers I'm after, it's the accordion pleat band at the bodice. It could be just the thing I need....Our friendly school bus just happens to stop at the street where Vogue Fabrics is and I'm inclined to treat myself to some birthday fabric, seeing as I've exhausted my stash of cheap scraps.
